We are seeking to employ an Inspection Coordinator, to be assigned in Semarang,in Softlines & Hardlines Inspection Division to ensure that;
Inspector’s Clock-in / Out
Inspector’s comes from the office to factory instead of directly from their house
Delegation of inspection jobs to inspectors are done in an organize way
Samples received coming from jakarta office or from client were recorded properly
Transportation expense declared by the inspectors were checked before forwarding it to Jakarta office
Transportation vehicles for inspectors use are arrange and to make sure no transportation favors are coming from the clients
Hand-written reports by inspectors are collected and formally computerized before forwarding it to Jakarta Coordinators
Annual and Sick Leaves are monitored
Updated Client Work Instruction are distributed on time to the inspectors
INSPECTION COORDINATOR
Minimum Requirements:
University Graduate
3-5 years work experience in the field of Production / Planning / Merchandising / Marketing
28 years old and above
Local Resident (Semarang or nearby Areas)
Of Good Moral Character
Neat and presentable personality
Job Specification:
Job Objective
To serve as a main communication channel between Intertek and customer
Duties and Responsibilities
Be the main administrative officer representing Jakarta Inspection (Softline & Hardlines) Office
Implements the policies and protocols of the Inspection Department
Core Competencies
Objective , mature and good in decision-making
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Excellent verbal and written skills in English Language
Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
Good time management skills
Good leadership and motivational skills
Proficient computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel)
